Amanda Midence
Amanda has come to realize that we are all complex and complete beings. And, that we can either be enslaved by our inner narratives and nervous system or reconcile with our bodies while we shift and heal. She discovered a great passion in the self-help aisle and has devoted herself to it for a few years from now.
She got certified as a holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she first learned the concept of holistic practices as primary food and deep nourishment. A year later, she became a dynamic eating therapist along with various other holistic certifications. However, when she unraveled in the world of Somatic Breathwork, she found herself enthralled by the simplicity and magic of this practice. She was able to reconnect with her SOMA and recommitted to the world with clarity and a deep sense of belonging.
